We guarantee all of our animals to be healthy, feeding, and properly sexed.
We guarantee the genetics of our animals to be correct, as advertised, to the best of our knowledge. When available, all animals sold will include genetic documentation including lineage information and color photographic images.
We must receive payment in the full amount before any animal is shipped. We accept payment in the form of Paypal, money orders, and checks. We require a tracking number for any payment sent through the mail to protect both the buyer and ourselves. All payments must clear before they will be considered complete. Checks and money orders can and will require more than 10 days to clear with our bank. We do not consider payment complete until all payments have completely cleared.

Payment plans of varying time-frames are available based on the total price of the animal in question, but regardless, a minimum 25% deposit is required for each animal. All payments are final! If you decide to back out of a purchase you can use what you’ve paid as credit towards another animal, but there will be no refunds. The deposit total may vary on a case by case basis at our discretion. Please inquire if you are interested.
We do not ship live rodents. Please visit this link for rodent terms of sale.
United States: Our animals will be shipped through Fedex Priority Overnight when the weather conditions are satisfactory. If you insist that an animal be shipped against our judgment, then live arrival is NOT guaranteed. We guarantee live arrival as long as the package is received with a signature on the first delivery attempt. If you insist that a signature not be required, then live arrival is NOT guaranteed. If you do not contact us within 24 hours after the animal is received, then your right to a refund will be waived.
Canada: We are unable to export to Canada.
Dead on Arrival
In the event of a DOA you must contact us IMMEDIATELY, and we will arrange for the animal to be shipped back to us at no expense to you. If you do not contact us within 24 hours after the animal is received, your right to a refund will be waived. Once we are in custody of the returned animal and we verify that it is the same animal that we sold you, you will be refunded the full amount for the animal minus the original cost of shipping.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you must contact us within the first 24 hours after the receipt of the animal to arrange for a full refund minus the shipping costs. You will be required to return the animal alive and healthy at your own expense within 48 hours. Shipping and deposits are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse sale to any person at our own discretion. The reason may or may not be disclosed to the person in question.
